As a virtual attendee, you will want to make sure you are able to access our event platform. You can register & login to the event via this link: 2021 Boyd Planning Conference & WOW Star Celebration Link

Kahoot Instructions

Trivia will be hosted via Kahoot, accessible from any smart device by following these instructions once trivia starts.

  • Login to www.Kahoot.it from your smart device’s browser (Safari, Chrome, etc)

  • Enter the pin that is provided once trivia starts.

  • Enter your first and last name to help Pam & DJ send you any prizes won.

Lunch

Please expense your lunches for Monday & Tuesday, up to $20 each.

Materials

  • The Participant Guide & Roster Book can be located here. We encourage you to print the participant guide to capture your takeaways and make notes for you to reflect back on.

  • Sponsorship giveaways, All In books & 2021 Patches will be received from your virtual viewing hub point of contact. Reminder: All In book goes to New Attendees, 2021 Patch goes to returning participants.

  • Your conference gifts are scheduled to arrive at your home address provided to Staples starting November 29th.

If you have not received any of your materials by Friday, December 10th please reach out to your point of contact, Pam Guarino, and DJ Pantaleone so they can help track down any missing materials.

In-person Attendees

Participation

We suggest designating a few people in your group to moderate and participate in chat & polling questions for your team, which would require you to have your laptop logged in to the event muted.

Dress Code

  • All conference sessions during the day are business casual, which means no jeans or shorts.

  • For the opening session on Monday, attendees should wear their “All In” jerseys.

Breaks / Meals

Meals will be provided by your viewing hub leader.

Select hubs will have invited Sponsorship members in attendance.

If you are a presenter/speaker

Please ensure you have a quiet space/office to present your session. We recommend that this space is in a separate area to ensure the best sound quality and avoid any audio feedback.

WOW Star Presentation

We are inviting the Ambassadors, Presidents, and Gold WOW Star winners to the WOW Star presentation on Monday, December 6th starting at 3:30 pm CT. Please see the link here for the program agenda. The agenda is also available in the Participant Guide.
